Налоговый кодекс 1954 г.
Федеральное законодательство; представляет собой полностью пересмотренный Налоговый кодекс 1939 г. Кодекс включает в себя положения о налоговом кредите на дивидендный доход, об исключении небольших сумм дивидендов из средств, облагаемых федеральными налогами, о налоговом кредите на доход пенсионеров и ускоренной амортизации. Все изменения в налоговом законодательстве, появившиеся после 1954 г., вводились в действие как поправки к данному Налоговому кодексу.
